Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and SSB Ventures LLC(“The Trader’s Tower,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using The Trader’s Tower, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What The Trader’s Tower is — and is not

The Trader’s Tower is a journaling, record-keeping, and performance-analytics tool. It helps you log, import, organize, and analyze your own trading activity. To be clear about what The Trader’s Tower is not:

• It is not a broker, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, exchange, or money transmitter. It does not place, route, or execute orders and does not connect to markets to trade.
• It does not take custody of, hold, or have access to your funds, securities, or contracts.
• It is not a registered investment adviser and does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Nothing in the product is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument.

Any analytics, statistics, or AI-generated reviews are informational summaries of data you provide or import. All trading decisions are yours alone. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use The Trader’s Tower. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Use a strong password, don’t share your account, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access another user’s account or data, or attempt to defeat per-account isolation.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the service for anything unlawful, or upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.

6. Brokerage connections and third-party services

The Trader’s Tower lets you import trades by file upload or, where available, by authorizing a read-only brokerage connection. Those connections and any third-party services are governed by the relevant third party’s own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or the accuracy of data they provide, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any brokerage unless expressly stated. You are responsible for complying with your brokerage’s terms.

7. Subscriptions, billing, and trials

The Trader’s Tower is currently free during early access. Paid plans, when offered, are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe and may include a free trial. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We will give reasonable notice before introducing or changing paid plans.

8. Your content and our intellectual property

You own the trade and journal data you create or import. You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to operate the service for you. The Trader’s Tower’s software, design, brand, and content are owned by us and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analytics or imported data will be accurate or complete. You are responsible for verifying your own records.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SSB Ventures LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data, arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SSB Ventures LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

You may stop using The Trader’s Tower and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

13. Changes to the service and these terms

We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will provide notice and update the effective date above. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Colorado will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you consent to venue there.
